Accomodation

The resort has 20 guest rooms in 3 villas, set a peaceful distance away from the Ayurvedic Health Home. Each room is furnished with very simple and a king-sized bed, a private terrace, telephone, solar-heated water, ventilator and - if so desired - with air-conditioning and most of the rooms are facing the sea.

Accommodation is purposely restricted to 20 rooms in order to ensure personalized individual attention and treatment.

The Ayurveda Home

The core of the Resort complex is the Ayurveda Home where all the Ayurveda therapies are performed. Each treatment is a pleasure for the senses and provides a relaxing, soothing experience with highly beneficial results.

Consultation Room

Herbal Sauna - Kuti Pravesa

You receive the herbal sauna after a whole body oil pour. The sauna also serves for the excretion of waste products and toxins through the skin. The temperature in the sauna is between 35 and 45 degree Celsius. The duration of the saunas depends on the client’s health condition.

Relaxing Hut / Meditation Temple

Separate, spacious hall, for after and in-between ayurvedic treatment relaxation of body and soul.

Well equipped to perform - Muhuna Abyanga, Shirsha Abyang, Vishesha Prathikara, Vishesha Sharira Abyang, Shirodhara, Sarwangadara, Pinda Sweda, Vashpa Aggrahanaya, Avagahana Sweda, Vashpa Sweda and Akshi Tharpana.

In Flower Bath, you can have bath with exotic flowers.

Entertainment & Educational Programmes

Performance of the Nature Lanka local dancers & singers. ayurveda demonstration classes, ayurveda lectures and short excursions. As request visit an astrologer and performance of "Devil Dancers".
